I agree. In all those exhaust videos the car sounds like a weed wacker above 4000 rpm, making me want to rip my ears out. Makes me sad that all these kids seem to prefer it for some reason. This car's exhaust is so perfect.

Had the joy of owning a convertible E46 m3 loved that car and it's smg gearbox could turn heads on a whole at with gear two and always had a happy face miss that car now I have a e92 335i convertible which sounds nice but not as nice as the m3 but is suitabley quick with 400nm of torque
What kind of modifications were done to this engine , to be shifting at 8500 RPM? Notice the constant rate of acceleration from a hundred miles an hour to 140!
