The QP is much slower than the M5 that being said I still bought a QP over the M5. Speed and power is not everything. The way my car sounds at WOT is worth the price of admission.
You think the Quattro is exotic? I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I'd put a paper bag over that and rather get in bed with an A6G. I miss the good old days.
BiodegradeableMan maserati is a great car but up to me, dosent giving you that feeling like the bmw do. as you set is another type of a car and diferent league. its like that, because people which want to show that they have money baying ferari maserati.....the rest of them love the cars :)
it did sound good didnt it... i love my M6... in a 6spd, full exhaust from the cats back, suspension, ecu tune... the car is an animal and sounds great... to each their own, but i love that thing

Maserati (like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo) has a soul, is the the term of compare, the other are very good cars. Nothing else. Then, you can say that a piece of plastic is better on a MB or BMW, but in few years Maserati (like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo) remain pieces of art.

woow woow..deutsche autos sind schon ne klasse fuer sich, das mal vorweg, aber maserati, lambo, ferrari...seien wir mal ehrlich, das sind die urbilder des sportwagens, die haben definitiv nen unvergleichlichen klang, das ist nunmal so...und den bekommen auch deutsche sportboliden nicht mal eben so hin, ausser porsche vlt...:-))
feiafakkaa Maserati und Ferrari gehören zu Fiat, da kann sich kein deutscher Hersteller etwas abgucken. Jedoch ist im Lamborghini der selbe Motor wie im Audi R8, Lambo gehört zu Audi. Und ich finde die M-Modelle von BMW haben mit ihren Hochdrehzahl Motoren einen ähnlichen klang. Nur die AMG Modelle rotzen alleine vor sich hin ;)
1. Hast du den Maserati ( mit Kennzeichen) u. sehr warsch. ohne sein Wissen dabei gefilmt, wie er in einer 130er Zone viel zu schnell fährt ( super uncool) und 2. fehlt ganz offensichtlich der GPower Bums ;)
lupeooo uncool ist es nur, wenn der Maserati Fahrer deswegen verfolgt wurde. Man muss den Täter ausfindig machen, dass Kennzeichen führt zum Halter und nicht unbedingt zum Fahrer. Sonst wäre jede Hausfrau in Deutschland ein potentieller Straftäter, nur weil sie ein Messer im Haushalt hat.

Seems like in every other country but America, people pull over the left lanes for fast moving cars. Why can Americans learn this. Im the only person who will let cars pass in my country.
This is in Germany, on the "Autobahn". We have a "Rechtsfahrgebot" which means that you have to drive on the right side, since you're not faster than the car in front of yours. When the average speed is under 80 km/h (traffic jam, or a little accident; like 50 mp/h), both or all three lanes can be used like wanted. Also on some passages of most of our Autobahnen(we have lots), we have no speed limits)
OK, BMW is faster, but Maserati is always a better car. And when I look around, there's a lot of idiots in BMW trying to prove something. But in Maserati I see people who have already achieved something.
***** What? You know that the 155mph is limited right? The actual top speed without the limit is over 190mph. And why are you comparing the top Quattroporte version (gts)? Why not the normal one?
It doesn't mean if a tuned up M6 can be faster than a "normal" Quattroporte. Maserati remains better: beauty, class, soul. Maserati is something BMW will never be.
Dale Cooper I respect Maserati as a premium brand and it has a combination of Ferrari and Sedan together. You can drive them daily and everywhere. The ///M6 is something like the german Maserati, but not that much. In this Video we have an exotic Kind of BMW, one with the famous V10 Engine Sound from former Formula1 Team of BMW. So think what you want but hear the Sound of both..
Reading some comments I learned that most of people here (especially young generation) don't know what is really is Maserati and its history and this is very sad. Anyway, BMW produces great car, but to be like Maserati, BMW needs the same 100 years of History. Remember that during 60's when BMW was collapsing, it was saved by an Italian Designer called Giovanni Michelotti with a modern design used until today BMW's cars; at the time Maserati was a super brand with a great palmarès in drive racing. Do a little research about Maserati and BMW in racing history and then think before write bull shits.
irgendwie verstehe ich den sinn des Videos nicht. Der Bayer kommt nicht so recht auf touren, ist nur am hin und her schalten, tut sich schon bei dem Audi hart und kommt dem Maserati kaum hinterher. Also was soll das Video, ich dachte der G-Power bläst den Italiano weg.
Ich weiß gar nicht was du willst? Im Titel steht M6 "meets" Maserati, was auf deutsch so viel heißt wie "trifft" von sich treffen. Es ist nie die Rede vom verblasen oder Rennen... Außerdem macht der M6 ab Minute 1:35 ganz schön Druck und der Maserati kein Platz. Also Augen auf cheers ;)
