I can watch this clip for hours and not get tired. Just knowing they built my k1600 GA. Amazing company and techs. Everything is so in place and organized. So clean, so......just right. Thank you all for taking your jobs so great. God bless.
It is quite cool to realize that one of these might have been part of the team that assembled my R1200GSA - Much thanks to those guys and BMW for making a truly remarkable machine!
In the early days of (British) motorcycle fabrication, the young employees would take the finished bikes out into the local countryside and villages to test them. They were ridden up hills, across creeks, on dusty rough tracks until the bikes were considered adjusted correctly for the terrain. Unfortunately, this no longer happens, and all bike are tested indoors at the factory. It used to be a privilege and fun to test bikes. . .
boa tarde gostei muito da linha de montagem , bmw esta de parabés sou mecanico de motos e curto muito esses videos e trabalho com a marca bmw tamben ; muito bonita essa linha de montagem tudo limpo organisado e testado
Cool video, hats off to the workers and Engineers who can make these bikes, and those who can afford to buy one. But, i worked on German products in America for 28 years, and that is why i will not buy a German car or bike.
+Tim Mit Music doesn't necessarily kill focus, depending on the type. I think there's been studies showing that music can help surgeons on longer operations. That takes more skill and concentration than working in a factory.
opmike343 Funny you say that because I had a kidney transplant and they were blaring heavy metal music when they wheeled me into the OR. It was quite surreal and the last thing I remember.
