Something every BMW S63/N63 owner should check maybe once a year, this diaphragm came apart and was causing all kinds of boost problems with my f85 X5M. Fix was easy replacement using Klifex diaphragm that i got off amazon. My assembly completely fell apart, so i used hot pick tool and melted the edges together so that it cannot be taken apart easily. If you are experiencing sluggish acceleration, possibly drivetrain malfunction/multiple misfire this could be your issue (or that could be tcase issues, lack of maintenance, bad fuel injectors, fuel quality, etc).
