In this Video we'll take the 2022 BMW M440i and 2022 BMW 235i on an autocross track at the official BMW Ultimate Driving Experience! We'll also spot the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 testing on track!
Join me and my friends as we travel to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to test drive the new BMW cars of 2022. Invited by our local BMW dealer, we had a great time whipping these cars around the little autocross track that was set up. The instructors were super chill and if you get the chance to attend one of these events, definitely do!
First we drove the 2022 BMW M440i which is really quick off the line, sounds good, is comfortable, but maybe was a bit too big and heavy for such a tight auto cross track. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the brakes held up to a full day of abuse, not a whiff of brake fade could be felt.
Next we drove the 2022 BMW 235i which was incredibly nimble and had the perfect amount of power for this little track. Mastering the line in this smaller car was definitely easier and it accelerated faster than expected and had great stopping power.
Honestly both cars were great, and I've never really been a BMW fan but.... I definitely had fun. I wonder what the M cars are like? Hmmm
After that we took a pit stop at my old stomping grounds, Dream Racing, where I heard that they were testing a Lamborghini Essenza SCV12....a TRULY rare and incredible sight, with only 40 being made for the entire world and this example being the only example owned by a company. Like seeing a cheetah in the safari, I don't know if we'll ever see something like this again.
