Just bought one today - cant wait to see what its like for a daily car. The car in eco mode is even pretty snappy, and extremely fun to drive in sport.

I had the pleasure of renting one for a week this summer. The sport mode was really punchy which was great in traffic but a little scary on twisty mountain roads. Still, my time with it has lead me to begin looking for one on used car sites.

How's comfortable is suspension? Firm??

In sport mode, very firm. Otherwise, medium firm.

The new mini JCWs maybe - as they will share this powertrain. Don't dismiss the M35i - its a pretty impressive vehicle. Utility, and easily over 30 mpgs on the highway...all while doing a 0-60 in 4.6 seconds.
