Hi Guys, I bought the same, but the screen failed after a week. I’m having a black screen but sound is coming out. I unplugged everything and reinstalled the unit but still having a black screen. Please help :(

Hello, I have a problem after installing it seems there is no communication between the car and the new screen. It's written "no signal" in the category "my car", I cannot switch to my old CIC system and the idrive wheel control doesn't work at all as well as the original rear camera... On my model, the pink cable to connect to the screen doesn't fit 100%... And I have no green cables (fiber?) on my original radio, so I didn't plug it... Thanks a lot in advance
