One highway drive and the front piano black will have scratches. Never put piano black on the exterior. Should be Matt black or same color. This blue looks nice I think Frozen Pure Grey Metalic or Manhattan Green Metalic might be my favorite two colors for this Model. I may go with Frozen Pure Grey Metalic
It has an electric motor instead of a starter motor. All new transmission, with that electric motor built into the transmission. Internals are all the same and might have more efficient turbo changers. Maybe 10-15% difference. Since 2012, they have been slightly improving it, but it's a very old design.

I'm not a fan of the headlight change, I want the 2023 not the 2024. Shiny black in the bottom front bumper is not good. Fake side air vents are a no go! And that Goofy curved Infotainment screen is a no go! I can get use to the Infotainment screen but there has to be physical buttons for ac because who wants to search to turn ac on and it's 100 degrees Fahrenheit! I do like the color selections but does a package comes with heads up display? Because that's a must have for me.
Bring the gear shift stick back. It's no longer my Dream vehicle. Land Rover Defender is now on the top of my list. Hopefully they don't do this to the X5. Not a fan of combining the Infotainment screen with the speedometer. Fake side air vents is bad. Smh 🤦🏾♂️
The rear reminds me of the VW ID.4 GTX which is unfortunately quite hideous. Way too chunky design and the front spoiler is just dumb. It looks plastic, not luxurious...
Disappointed interior. Shift toggle looks awful. But the most awful design change is that bit square TV glued to the dashboard. I have pre LCI X5 G05 and although I was not happy with it's interior as well, now it is even worse. Time to move to another brand.
@@bmwblog I don't dislike the big screen either, but the way it was sticked to the dashboard is not great. Just looks really bad. And yes, removal of buttons is a mistake.
@@bmwblog i like the gear shift to be a gear shift not that thing they got. that screen took the driver-based feel. new engines are always problematic before they get the kinks worked out and that takes years.
