@@stephenfitzsimmons1752 i mean bmx is fun, skateboarding is fun, enduro; trail; dh is also fun, even parkour is fun too I mean if you love extreme sport like mtbing you will also love other extreme sports too
Geofan that’s 100 percent fax also you just named everything I like to do parkour is my main thing but I’ve gotten into bmx, skate boarding, dh longboard, and urbex, I haven’t gotten into enduro or mtb jumps but it’s completely true that one extreme sport will just lead to another no matter what your main is because people like us bond easily and teach each other our sides of the scale yk
BMX requires strength and fitness to perform even the simplest tricks where as Skateboarding requires co ordination and balance. But why pick street riders for vert challenges? why not pick vert riders?
For sure cause BMX is more a mental block where it’s harder to learn, but easier to master cause of your brain stopping you from taking your hands and feet off in the air. Skateboarding is easier to learn, but harder to master cause it’s not really scary to flip a board around it’s just inconsistent.
@@bernana_wrx dude, you're hilarious. Have you thought about doing stand up comedy? I bet all the guys at the office tell you how funny you are. Sick joke man.
It isn’t crazy it’s just stupid. It’s acknowledging the risk and ignoring it for “looks”. Your life can be changed forever because you didn’t wear a helmet.
Bmx honestly skaters didn’t really land much but overall it was really cool to see both of them sending it but I think you should have used Nyjah Huston
AlM9SlDEWlNDER Tony Hawk wears gear because he always did and because you can fukin break your neck on vert but you don‘t nearly fly as high or long in that park as on vert
They supposed to be doing comparable tricks? Cause the skater did the footplant (boneless) and ive seen loads of BMXers do that same trick. Marc Churchill and Seb Keep, both UK Legends.
Bmx bikes are a lot bigger and more heavy than a board. But it really depends what trick you try.ive skated and done a couple tricks pretty quickly but bmx in my opinion is way harder (took me 20 mins to Ollie, but took my a week to bunny hop)
Didnt want to send in a rider that would end those skaters careers. Also i cant wait for him to get the recognition he deserves on the international scene. Give it another year or 2 and i think he will be clearing up the biggest comps with zero competition the world over
Lol this epitomizes the silent respect these two sports have for eachother. It's hard to gain the respect of the skating community - blades and scooters both failed, but bmx.....we skaters give you an approving nod.
No one cares, the only skaters that hate on other action sports are the ones that are insecure asf. No one never asked for approval,All action sports are tight regardless of what they ride.
comparing bmx to skateboard is like comparing a rolls royce to a tractor, bmx is a luxury of freestyle, a skateboard is a poor man's bmx, step up your game and try something more challenging with a fully customizable bmx bike, you won't look back
No sir, bmx might be a bit easier than skateboarding but it's far more paintful. You really don't have a choice to abandon the bike when you fail a trick. It's not the same thing failing a kickflip at a 5-stair, to failing a tailwhip at a 5-stair
