6:24 you make a great point here, and it's one that I struggled with for a while too. I got the bright idea of buying a small cheap tripod (hakuba s-4500) for about $20 and using the snap clips on the side of my camera bag (beseler backpack) to hold it. When I ride around it's secure, and i can take it on and off easily.
100% agree. There's something about EMDS on a road train that's so much better then locals, probably because it's more difficult That clip of 1833 in this video is nearing a year old.. the final time it ever lead down the Hinckley

That fade on the CSX heritage units is a bit JV, they could do a little better!:) I agree with a lot of your fav engines you listed, also you said no face reveal and then you basically do a face reveal as you ride by on your bike LOL... Burlington Northern is the BEST Railroad by far, but yeah BNSF is the best out there right now, but damn they should do some Heritage units soon!!! I love ALL NS heritage units, and UP Heritage units. CSX is a joke lol, their seaboard system loco my fav but it’s okay, BNSF 25th anniversary units could’ve been better with a engine pained for each railroads, but I still LOVE them, and BN Executive Macs and SD60M’s are also great. Definitely Agree with you on the SD75M’s and I’s, favorite locos but only if in BNSF H4. (Not counting heritage units) Yes! Stay for a few days in Stevens Pass (Skykomish is a good spot) Do both portals of the Cascade tunnel, Anything near Index, Skykomish, Foss River Trestle, Deception Creek Bridge, and anything like Leavenworth and Cashmere.
Thanks for the pointers on Steven's Point! I agree with you on all those points, BNSF 25th anniversary units are alright but I just wish they had done HUs as well. All one can do is hope...

@@BNSF1458that’s awesome! I live just 20 minutes northeast of Duluth, and the only trains we get up here are are just taconite haulers, mostly run by CN. Unfortunately I can never seem to get my timing correct where I’m either to late or to early for a train to get good pictures. (Tho I mostly get any pictures by luck)
It's okay. At least you guys all live mostly near where class 1's. I have a single class two railroad but thankfully is 100% EMD. Alaska railroad for the win.
