After reading the police report Cdai left his phone in the van that was the van people jumped out of and killed Fatz from 051. They could of locked him up for that too but was no evidence.(Allegedly he was the one that shot Fatz over 9 times in head ) He has a history of leaving his phone on the scene of crimes) He left his phone on scene after they allegedly killed the cab driver.
