The problem with this guy is he just isn't charismatic. He's dry as sandpaper and matter of fact. It's like the UFC are pushing this guy in our faces and were like "so what, he's good at wrestling, who cares?" They need to do it organically, let him gain the fans respect over time, not force it be cause he just doesn't have the personality to pull it off yet. Some guys have it, some don't.

@@hanoitripper1809 Ironically Volk wasn't popular at the beginning, especially when he beat Max but he gained the fans respect after the Ortega fight. And Merab who seemed to be hated by the fans in the beginning, largely to do with his fighting style, seems to be winning the fans over with his personality. It just takes time and the UFC shouldn't force it otherwise it just looks like Dana White privilege.

His placement on the card does make sense given how everything played out. You want the prelims to be exciting to sell the main card. Jiri was perfect, he lead a ton of people to immediately click over and order than PPV. Bo on the otherhand was the worst part of the whole night. If they had put him on the undercard, most of the audience would have changed the channel to golf or WNBA and forget UFC 300 was even happening.

Him saying it's appropriate is nonsense. Ufc was just trying to boost the guy and it backfired. He didn't perform the way they hopped therefor he didn't standout at all. Was a waste of a fight slot.

Fans had a right to be upset about Bo being on the main card and it showed in his fight. The match up was prelim or at best fight night caliber. Wtih all the great match ups on the card it was an insult to the sport. You know the UFC put him on the main card expecting him to run through Brundage. Having his fight as the last prelim would have made much more sense. In hindsight I think they would agree that Jiri's fight should have been on the main card.

This guy is so unlikable! Completely out of touch with reality. He's been saying for a year he can beat izzy and khamzat etc. But is fighting absolute cans. Pretty sure khamzat was fighting ikram aleskerov in his 5th pro fight. Also brundage was getting absolutely worked by Malkoun but copped a shot to the back of the head and c claimed a dq win. Then they try to say brundage was on a 2 fight win streak. Also there are 15 ranked fighters, you don't just beat one then get a title shot. GTFO Ranga

Ppl are mad about cans. "Can crushing" means crushing the guys, and he's done just that. There's plenty of ufc veterans who take can level guys to decisions. I don't understand how so many peoples take away from a close fight with usman as a negative. Before the Leon losses, he was in talks of being the goat, and still is considered one of the goats. Chimeav's 5th opponent was undefeated 8-0 and was a 3x SAMBO world champion. Considerably higher quality opponent than Nickal's.

Maybe don’t give him opponents that have a 1k point spread. Ben askren would ragdoll him. Couldn’t even make the Olympic team as a back up.

I don't understand the hate on this guy! He has a self belief in his self that comes across as cocky and he's slowly proofing himself he's a super skilled wrestler and he's got work on striking but macgregor was the same way coming in the UFC and majority of people love him for it the only difference is bo don't have that witty personality like macgregor

Love bo but how are you a draw when you get 36k views on a free platform? I have a channel and im honest enough to say its still growing, im not gonna sit here and say im the biggest mma youtuber just that people dont know it yet....also if you are going to use the inexperience excuse then stop telling us you will run through chimaev and all these top contenders when brundage made you look like you would lose if that fight went to the 3rd, chimaev was fighting ikram in his 5th/6th fight, your opponents so far are not even comparable to that...all love from my side but when something is off we need to call it out, i still believ he will become Champion, i just expect more if you tell us you are ready for the main event

I don’t understand the hate for this guy. He dominated every second of his last fight and he got a finish. Ufc fans will complain about anything. The division is more exciting with him in it, I feel that’s undeniable. Who would you want to replace him with?

lmao..bo so delusional he thinks he is fighting higher talent in the ufc vs Khamzat fighting a world sambo champion at 4-0. Ikram was 8-0 at the time. Ikram is int he ufc and called out bo almost a year ago and bo is still ignoring the callout. bo knows who khamzat fought and beat. why cant bo man up and at least acknowledge the callout? Ikram is a fighter who was a world champion before mma and bo knows he is just a wrestelr not yet a fighter. it will be years before bo fights anyone like Ikram Aliskerov or Khamzat... bet on that!!! bo has yet to face any undeafeated fighter

Zhamzat beat Burns and Usman. Usman was a few wins away from being the greatest Welterweight of all time. Cmon Bo. Also a khamzat beat two people in two weeks. He would’ve smashed Brundage in the first round.
