This is not the best representation of the Ray Gun vs a Panzer in Der Eisen. Let me explain. The Ray Gun in bo3 works differently from other games as it has a smaller blast radius, so in bo3 it is actually better to direct impact enemies, since splash damage in bo3 counts direct impact and splash together making the Ray Gun more effective with direct impacts on this game. So for panzers if you just lazer their helmet with the Ray Gun they actually die insanely fast. Do not shoot the ground underneath a Panzer's feet, shoot their head and they die insanely quick, hope this helps anyone!
@@ZZerkZZerk If it's a panzer past round 60 then you would be fighting a health cap panzer. A max health panzer you need the death ray to help kill since everything sucks against it.

Anyways I'm just educating peeps about the Ray Gun and its purpose in bo3 as a "boss buster." Example being killing Panzers, Margwuas, and Thrashers fast.
@@DerpyRhythem Youre absolutely right. Tbh I don't have any problem killing the panzer with a PaP'd ray gun at a level like that. Of course it's not the best wonder weapon, but it's not the worst. The guy in the video didn't really represent it well either. He should be shooting at the head, not his body. For that is where his hit marker is. As well as him missing alot of the shots in general, it doesn't paint a picture very well. It takes a reasonable number of shots, but not the whole ammo stock like people think.
@@bruh7249 I'd say its about like the Brecci tbh. The Brecci would be better if you are right up against the Panzer though. Just the Ray Gun is more reliable if you don't want to risk a flamethrower down.
at least cold war made it better plus phd....although id fair better with any other triple paped legendary weapon aside from snipers, melees, or pistols.
@@diegobrando9468 nah the pulling is bad yea... but them shock charges are so much more stressful. Plus the DE panzer has so much more health than the origins one. I literally have no choice but to visit the electric trap in order to kill the DE panzer lol.
