Thanks for sharing your accessories info. I like augmenting my board games for a few reasons: 1. To make the game set-up and break down faster 2.To make game play easier/more streamlined 3. To enhance the aesthetic and theme of the game Overall, this kind of game personalization allows me to enhance my games and put a little of my own stamp on it. I'm glad to see an industry emerging around this; it's absolutely saved some games for me. Terraforming Mars, for example is unplayable without those recessed player trays by folks like Broken Token or GameTrayz. It's great that game designers have taken notice, too and are now addressing these needs as part of their overall game design scope. Just another sign that this is a great time to be a boardgame fan. Anthony and Francis, I really appreciate you sharing your love of the hobby and always enjoy your videos. Well done!
Thank you guys for sharing all the information. Or kick starter is going really well and people are loving all the new game mats. We just unlocked the new Scythe inspired Mat, and Viking themed one and now to unlock the Ryan Lauket Mat. It’s pretty cool
The Caddymax is great but if you have Star Wars Rebellion, Pete is your guy. Those acrylic character enhancements take your game from zero to hero. If you even like the game : they are a must have. And I just saw the ship stands and snatched them up! Great work and easy to assemble! As always : love your videos ALG!
You can get those bead holders at Wal-Mart, as well--and they're typically cheaper than at craft stores. Sadly, the size you show doesn't quite fit sideways into most game boxes. There are smaller ones, but they tend to be rather small for getting pieces out of them while playing.
I would love to see an episode of what board games you both play when the camera isn’t on. Those games that we all cherish and can play, time and time again.
Would you guys ever play games online with your subscribers? I'd love to play a euro with you guys sometime! Really enjoy watching your playthroughs! Keep up the amazing work!
The only "problem" with all of these is their price. I know, I know, people have to make a living and so on, but 14$ for a single CaddyMax, and I'd need at least 4 and then... Shipping. As I live in a god forsaken country of Croatia, everything I'd potentially buy costs so much when I calculate the shipping in, I just give up. :)
Thanks for the interesting video on accessories. Personally, I almost never buy accessories, because I would rather spend my very limited budget on another game instead.
i think for at least 50% of the time the objects you talk about should be visible close up on the screen. I don't gain much information from seeing your faces.
