In accordance with Va. Code § 2.2-3708.3 (C), the Virginia Military Institute Board of Visitors will hold a special meeting by electronic communication means (Zoom) on Thursday, June 27, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m. EDT to discuss Virginia Military Institute business.
The meeting will begin and end as an open meeting and is expected to include a closed session to discuss matters allowable under Va. Code § 2.2-3711 (A). Decisions made by the board will occur during the open meeting after the conclusion and certification of the closed session.
Public access to the virtual meeting will be available via livestream at the board’s Upcoming Meetings webpage. Should there be an interruption in service during the open portion of the meeting, please call (540) 464- 7207. The method by which the Board of Visitors intends to meet will not be changed without publication of a new meeting notice.
