@@louv4437 Certainly. Deadrise is important to a soft ride, but other characteristics weigh-in. These include the angle and geometry of the chines, width at the chines, shape of the entry… Again, transom deadrise is a great indicator, but the difference between 24- and 22.5 degrees is not going to be detectable, given other factors will also be somewhat different.
