Using the Quantum99 high solids topcoat, Brendan applies sprayed coats of this topside paint onto his perfectly primed and prepared hull. The BlackWatch 26 is going from off white deteriorated gelcoat to a shiny new black paint job. Spraying can be tough but Brendan does a great job applying with the help of Engineered Marine Coatings' paint guru, Jon Boswell.
Even if you're not a pro spraying in a booth, using the Quantum99 system on your topsides with a brush or roller is easy to apply and forgiving when it doesn't all go as planned. It is easily repaired and buffed when drips, runs or damage compromise your paint job.
