Episode 5
In this episode, a very large roll of 6mm greenhouse plastic is manhandled into position and battened down.
The experts say to wait for a no-wind day to cover a structure with greenhouse plastic. Well, when you are not an expert you tend to push the limits. Besides, it wasn't windy just breezy. It was a whole family affair to get the plastic up and onto the boat shed ridge beam, then to let it roll down the sides and secure it to the knee and end walls.

I see you got your thinking chair, that is key, and I've been a shipwright for over 20 years, hah. Wood boat building is nice, if the thinking chair doesn't solve the problem, you just sharpen your tools and pick up till it gets sorted. Good luck.

Ain't that the truth. The thinking chair solves all the problems. That or I fell asleep and dreamt the problem was solved. With that experience send some tips my way once in a while.

What a great video. The thinking chair at the end is the perfect primer for those days when you can contemplate your plans coming to fruition and in the end, the salt spray on the bow of your Trawler. Cheers!

Hi Albert. It was damn hot in the shed today with the bright sunshine beating in. Had to open the doors and get some cool air flowing in then it was a great working temp. Will certainly need some big fans come summer.
