Had another great day out on the water with my mate Mike, heading to the mussel farm later to get on to some snapper as well. Busy next few days smoking fish in the weber and giving them away.

When I started watching this video I immediately paused the video and went to my freezer to get some fish to cook. Its been some many years now I have not done any type of smoking fish or bbq I hope to get a new smoker soon. That fish boat is very nice. I sure wish if I can get some blueprints for that boat so I can weld a similar boat for myself.
