Hi Cruise! Basically we couldn't boat back up the Hollyford (really low water level) so we went down to Milford Sound (along the coastline) instead. We then Hitchhiked back to where we left the car and brought it back to Milford. If you get a good weather gap it's definitely worth the adventure!! We use a DJI Mavic pro drone.
In this video she's a 9.8hp tohatsu, but I upgraded to an 18hp Tohatsu shortly after this trip, bit more grunt. The 9.8 did around 5km/L, the 18 does more like 4-4.5km/L, so a couple jerry cans gets you really good range 👍 Cheers
