This is the best interview he ever did at 24 years old. I personally like Bob and his works are important and he is an excellent artist. I loved his middle folk period in the early 1960s. I am a folk singer so naturally this period speaks to me most. Though I find meaning in all his work then and now. His first volume Chronicles 1 I really enjoyed. I hope he publishes the other planned two volumes. Keep working Bob as long as you are able.
Terrific chemistry between Bob and interviewer for a change. Loved the shout out to Austin,TX audiences "getting it"...so true. Austinites (in the old days) appreciated the blues.
It’s nice to hear some good stuff about Texas. Over here in the UK people have this image of over zealous Christians. But it’s got it’s own sound, or did then. Such as Buddy Holly and the Tex-Mex sound. And who could forget the finale of Breaking Bad and Marty Robbin’s El Paso? 👍
@@oleggorky906 Funny, when we Texans think about the UK we think about overzealous Muslims raping white girls with impunity, and in fact, aided and abetted by your entire political and media class.
I agree with Dylan: interviews of pop stars, and hanging on their every word, indicates that one needs to get a life of one's own. What sort of world is ours that derives its philosophy of life from pop songs and pop stars?
Admirable rapport between Bob and the interviewer. The underlying theme is that he is courageous enough to lift the mask and veil and to play genuine music with integrity.
Bob was so far beyond in literacy and the press was no where near to him. That's why they treated him the way they did. I sensed a feeling of jealousy because he had their number, was so young and profitable.
Allen Stone interview. You sound exactly like you. that is my say and loved listening like hearing some who talked to fish just because. I was once anononoused as myself from a show where the curator with out my knowledge created something like ''Artist Talks'' and there I was as ,quite ratty batty what ever in front of a small audience and to my surprize many were laughing and kept laughing and after that it is hard to remember any of what I was going one about eccept it felt wonderful to tell them something they never imagined to be. could not exactly why, for I surrender too.
Interesting how the Detroit and Ontario accents are the same. From the interviewer's voice alone I would've said in a second that this was a Toronto station. (I noticed it in the senator Carl Levin, too.) Not so in Buffalo at all. Until a generation ago at any rate, their accent was astonishingly different.
My commits made you better. That is the truth that you told me that it was Sara Bridgman who wrote the most loving commits ever about Bob Dylan who made it suddenly great. No you don't even think anymore. I am your scared STONE. you sound like I can not dig.
Truely love listening to you and I still hopelessly love you but I can not listen right now for it says my battery is low or dead please ndon't take the beautiful songs that are to me so healing as though I were in a cradle rocking on the beautiful tree tops,my love will be always true
@@vincentvincent3399 From the beginning Its a game the parties involved play to make money by hyping someone/something into the public consciousness and there is a sucker around every corner to buy it
