One of my two most favorite songs from Rough and Rowdy Ways.... genius CD. "Doesn't matter how long it takes, I"ll be GOD when it's done". NO GRAMMIES BECAUSE HE'S A POET, of Shakespere Level and the music is his wonderful delivery system. Best CD he's ever done... because he just keeps getting better...I'm falling in love with Caliope, too.... so tired of chasing lies.

All those jazz standards Dylan was singing last decade from the Great American Songbook so much of it the more obscure music associated with Frank Sinatra the overall softer quieter arrangements allow Dylan to at once start singing with great tenderness timing phrasing, emotion instead having to shout-sing over the music+move into this fantastic new music we ar hearing in 2020+2021. Dylan's singing+ vocals are again up front +featured yet the band is as tight as a band can be smoldering +smoking with intensity all the same.
