@@ImmaTwoPops lack of funding. The red states and inner-cities are under funded. If it was not for the old south, the US would be in the top 5 countries in math and science.

@@ImmaTwoPops some parents do not care. My daughter teaches and some parents give out phoney tell..numbers and email addresses. She had one class that was "farrell". One girl wore an ankle monitor.
