Hi I've been a fly Fisher for 35years and any one who supports and promotes any kind of angling in the way you and Bob do is telling everyone about the joy of nature. Being out in the countryside, going to places most don't know are on their doorstep. Although I can fish (!) I'm the one who falls down a lot o and a warning about self inflating life jackets for wading , they make you deaf when they inflate. This makes seeing your nephew (fishing partner) rolling about on the bank in hysterics with the volume turned off look surreal. A day on the bank is like a weeks holiday for the soul. Thank you for a wonderful insite every episode is a breath of fresh air ❤

I don’t know how the camera didn’t stay still with Bob falling over 🤣 😂🤣 i couldn’t stop laughing, I love Bob. Also I don’t even like fishing no interest in it at all but I will happily watch every episode as love the banter and laughs with serious conversations but with added humour. Love it 🤗❤️

Two of my favourite funny geezers from my youth. My heart collapsed during the Leeds festival in 2014. I had endocarditis and an abscess on my heart and a valve replacement. I was only 40 . My Dachshund and Fishing, especially fly fishing is my saviour. Especially when I get a catch and get home and whip up a hollandaise sauce. I sound like the old guy from the fast show now. 😁 Really though, the two things that keep me going and give me purpose... Fishing and Comedy! You rang? You rang? Orangutan....

As a kid I used to hand fish ( trout tickling ) rainbow trout in the brooks of the Rhonda Valley South Wales with my brothers and cousin. Wonderful days. I always wish for Bob to catch more than Paul 😂🤣

Will never understand it. I've fished for the pot, delicious. Blokes telling each other how beautiful the fish are, dragging the creatures out of the water so they're suffocating and stressed, then throwing them back in! Insanity.
