Who is enjoying this concert in 2024? Damn! I was 16 years old when Bob Marley died, the same day my 3 yr. old niece succumbed to congenital heart failure. Man I am still feeling the pain of both bad news that day. Found out in my twenty's Bro. Bob and I shared a birthday. Bob Marley is a Messiah.
To the person reading this, Good Luck! Don't stress, everything will be fine. No matter what difficulty you are facing right now, you can overcome it! You are strong and brave
I saw Bob's last concert of his 1979 tour in San Diego. It was a religious experience to hear his great band playing in synchronization. It was one of the last gigs he did before his death in 1981. RIP Bob Marley...
Sat on stage and photographed him 1979, Sun Splash, Montego Bay - was the most life changing, exhilarating thing I've have the fortune to do. Shook his hand before the concert..... He STILL influences my life - I was 23 then...
Indeed that would be an amazing experience. I wish I could meet him and tell him he is one of the greatest musicians of all time and is a gift to us all in his music and message to the world to be good to each other. A true legend who can be imitated but never duplicated. One love to you and everyone visiting this concert video!
well well guys i was luck enough to have seen BOB live in concert in ZIMBABWE and looking back i am one of the very few people left to have witnessed the master on his best
Bob was a prophet, through his music he thought the world to live, love and unit. The messages in his music still relate to everything happening in the world.
My friend convinced me to see Marley & the Wailers at the Montreal Forum in 1979. I didn't know what to expect, since I only had a vague awareness off reggae. Bob alone in a white suit before us, invoked spiritual guidance. The band was silent. Then the awesome powerful rhythm section kicked in with thunderous bass syncopation, followed by the most amazing and lovely reggae melodies and singing. Stand Up! Stand Up For Your Rights! I was completely transported by their mystical musical gift. I'm not a rhasta, but as Bob sang: "One good thing about music, when it hits, you feel no pain".
What upsets me is this man lived just a couple of blocks down from me in Wilmington Delaware for a short period of time in his life and I was too young to remember anything but the music touches the soul God bless
if doctor tells me: "you have 1h23 min to live", i would die in peace listening to bob in this video. He's gonna live forever through his music. legend marley👑🧠
Man...every time I hear/see Bob and the Wailers live, I'm in absolute awe at how crisp and tight they sound. No easy feat to get all those syncopated elements of reggae to come together like this. No wonder they annihilated The Commodores as their opening act. 😂
Ancient Irish norse gael tribe here in IRIE 🇮🇪 big up bob marley and rasta people all over the world 🇯🇲 Jay bless you . Listen to Bob since 80s , blessed .
I shed a tear a got goose bumps on the war song going into no more trouble song. It's not many artists that give me this effect and feeling. His facial expressions his dancing soul and voice along with what he represented and the ladies and the band....legendary moment! I wish I was there to experience this.
Bob knows the capacity of life & how every individual should respect one another with fairness & understanding. I'm at the point of not even trying to figure out why toxic overbearing creatures do what they do by their own assumptions & not finding a conscience to pray to God for mercy. That's why I love Bob's simple strategy to overspread his realization thru his ultimate spiritual music which is the key for being a real human bcuz death & life could be short .so why create Satanism. Bob is one of God's messenger, like our Prophet Jesus. I literally love his divine talent & his lyrics along with his great band of musicians especially his guitarist . Bob knows how to soothe my soul & I dance & rub a dub non stop.. my dad passed away over 20 yrs. but I never thought that he knew how much I dig Bob's music & his ultimate lyrics. However I would get glory dreams of my dad, & in one of my dreams my Dad said dem boys & Bob are anxiously awaiting to play music for me. This is one of my favorite. Look at that guitarist I have to dance right now & lively up myself. I'm certainly not a drag Bob. ❤😂🎉
The movement of jah people👑👑im 1st time looking at this work of art. That’s what you call a concert!!!! I love how father Marley moves the people, how the band connects with the people. Amazing to watch. I’m in early 30’s and I wonder how it would been to see him live if I can time travel to see it. Masterpiece hands down. Love you father Marley👑

Central Asia is also here and a big hello from Tajikistan 🇹🇯 . Bob Marley was a Legend and will remain One. The Reggae style is not a simple style of music, it has a whole Philosophy
In our time (oldtimers you would call us), this was a gigantic phenomenen! This man and his music, IS incredible! Even after is death! He lives on! Listen to the lyrics...
I was 18 at Turin Olympic stadium 80.000 people what a memorable concert. My lungs was blowing from that bass and unique rhythm reggae Drum. Never forget that day not even the led zeppelin and rolling stones has captured me like the great Marley.
I was lucky enough to have been at this actual concert. It didn't occur to me that I would be able to relive this amazing concert 46 years later, and this is the third time I've watched it and it won't be the last !!! 😮😁
It was totally 'awesome' one of the best concerts I have ever been to ... unforgettable. I couldn't believe my luck when I found it on RU-vid !!!@@101Licious
I was born in 1978 and get the chills running through my veins a feeling of excellence the energy from that time is real raw athentic its a connection to be part of such a momental loving free time we all are gifted in our many differences our beings are all universally connected united spiritually so happy to have been a 70s child the best memories of love🤎
Hands down, this is absolutely the best Bob Marley and the Wailers live performance ever recorded. It never gets old, and is always inspiring to watch and listen to.

Hey Now GNU is feeling Irie !!!!! One good thing about music when it hits you feel no pain !! This is just beautiful Forever Bob . thanks GNU Peace from Hawaii .......
One love to everyone visiting here. Trenchtown Rock to start is just simply awesome. Music "when it hits you feel no pain". Bob was a gift to the world and those who have experienced him miss him and his message more than ever. Take care everyone and let's all live to be sure we respect and care for each other the world over and put an end to the senseless tyranny that is happening around us all.
I saw Bob Marley and the Wailers live at the Santa Barbara County Bowl, CA in 1976, probably about 6 months before this great live video in England. Greatest concert I ever saw. I won't get into who else I have seen live (err Jimi Hendrix 3 times). This is the same show I saw minus the 3 songs from Exodus, which wasn't reseased yet. I'll never forget it.
Bob has sang praises that have kept me out of funks since a teen being introduced to him and I can’t thank him enough, his message and his music enough for getting me through this tough ride. JAH is jamming with us.
I have been listening to Bob ,Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer from 1964 when they sung Simmer Down and I am going to Put It On. I was at Msnning's High School in Savanna-La-Mar, Westmoreland, 28 miles from Nrgril Beach. I am 76 and I am still enjoying Bob's music.
I'll never forget the energy this man set free during his concert in Kaiserslautern, Germany in 1980. His three joint fingers pointing at my mind and heart and soul freeing me into spiritual and political understanding! He pulsates in me like no other musician!!!
I salute to the guitarist 🎸 too,he's magical with his istrument,& our Bob,he's the ultimate, a hero in all it's entirety,his.. whole team are all God's given Children ,we're one & all....❤❤❤❤😊🎉🎉🎉
There will never be another singer like Bob Marley. This man sings in the spirit. Never for money. His songs will forever be played from generation to generation. Songs of meditations. Real legend from Trench Town. Kingston. Jamaica .gone too soon. Playing this right now in 2023. I am a proud Jamaican.
Bob Marley Was And Still Hi Is Not Just The Legend In Normal Word He Is Always Best Of The Best in All Of The Music History For Me And For All People Like Me In The World. ❤
Bob was a generational marvel, we still need to cross another river though, the devil and evil are everywhere, no help Bob...... Great Concert, thanks Bob Murphy and Matt Fraun for introducing me to this music and to Bob Marley.
There won't be this moment again in this world . I was born in 1992, when this Legend was no longer in the world. But I can't do without this legend's music everyday of my life
I just started listening to The Wailers and wonder what happened to the rest of the band. They need a new torch like AC/DC had done when they lost Bon Scott. The Grateful Dead too. These bands hit home with their messages. Thank God it has been saved by recordings, but the stories are still out there. We need love All around the World. The job is not done.
❤ Bob Marley that's one of the greatest seniors He's been deceased for some time now but it's still lit his music is a foundation for the black man All you have to do is follow it. He was a true Rastafarian and I respect him to the floor because he lived we believed God bless Bob Marley and his family , I'm from Kingston Jamaican myself
when i've been in pain throughout my life i run to his music helps with the trauma that i'm going through makes me see the light , because everything is gonna be alright just got to make it thru today god be with us all.
The Bass guitarist = Aston " Family Man" Barret. May God RIP him. The Lead, of whom I think you probably want to research, I think=Junior Marvin. Corrections are welcome on the lead guitarist.
I have listened to Bob music since i was a young man in mid Seventies and even to date in my early 60s it inspires me so much🥰🤗🤭. Truly they say Heroes are remembered but True Legends are never forgotten.
This band is made up of legends! from the lead vocalist to the backup singers, the guitarists to the drummers. the pianists, the tambourine player to the gong man, from the event organizers to the music coordinators. the sound engineers to the video recorders, every body that play one role or the other in this band is a legend! the team is perfect that its almost alien! blessed are the generation that witnessed this band and even more blessed are those that witnessed the life performance of this band! I don't think there will ever be a band as perfect as Bob Marley and the wailers.
11-12-23 listening to this again with my 52 year old ears, as a young man I enjoyed him because his music without considering the lyrics much gave me (in other words I took from) inner peace because of the beauty and positive feeling I took from his music. Now with life being what it is today, I have so much more respect and love for him as a true man telling his truth to the world for all to see! Young friends, there is so so much wisdom here that is very important to consider. He speaks his truth of mighty importance in todays world. Forget what you were indoctrinated with, turn the tv msm off, feel with your soul where the truth is. I am more certain now that the deep state killed this man of we the people because he did not back down from telling his truth. EVEN IF IT COST HIM HIS LIFE! This is what a freedom fighter really looks like! Close your eyes, and feel with your spirit, there is truth to be found but you have to set aside what you've been taught, it's likely a lie and not from your creator. Please pay attention, for these are important times, if I have to give my life for the next generation to be free, I will. I do not care who or what you are, you deserve a better world than what we have. Hang in there and know we are in a s. storm of lies but good men and women are fighting! keep the faith and fight in your way. They f d up messing with the children, greed I can deal with, harm kids and its time to get off my planet. The truth is ugly and makes me want to throw up but like Bob, we will fight for a better world at all cost. My love to all of you, stay strong and trust your internal feelings, ask for truth to be shown to you and it will. Do what's right, its that simple. God wins, hey pedos we are coming for every single one of you! Freedom to all people but most important to children!
The human race, run to love your brother There is no need to fight one another Every man's land is his mother The is no difference from one to the other Only the differences that humans make And the law of love that we forsake Humans blame God for the evil we do When we were told to love others the same as you Do we take our own food away from ourself Do we think ourself to be something more than someone else God doesn't respect the clothes we wear Nor does he care about the length of our hair What God gave he gave for free Just as the rain waters the roots of a tree No man created that for you and me Some people have minds of depravity May the wicked be removed from the lands That we may do as our Lord commands Put God before all else Love your brother as yourself A holy nation God shall raise To him all glory and praise
That song always makes me wonder if some police officers act like bullies and forget to be the good guy at times. Protecting everyone no matter what they look like is the ideal way. First Blood-Rambo, reinforced what I imagined the hippies and vagrants, must have gone through back in the 60-70s. Heck, I watched an old Roy Rogers Western film, where it was mentioned that vagrants were not welcomed and would be arrested. How is anyone able to work if they aren't even welcomed in the city where there is people?
Kumosta ka ngayon sali sali tiongson arcade pin pin hahahag ila dodong nangka gabuya ta nag ka ila maam si Amos Vincent U. Gabuya ito maam dito ako ngayon sa tiongson arcade lagao General Santos City Mindanao Philippines country.
You feel the energy and spiritual connection viewing and listening to him and the band; everyone on the stage is in connection with each other. My only Bob concert was November 1979 at UCLA Pauley Pavillion; after that, was purchasing albums, 8 tracks, cassets, then CDs, and of course copying from the Reggae Beat on KCRW; driving through LA in my VW Bug blasting Bob Marley&Wailers getting crazy looks, locks flying, etc. Anyone who has ever had a spiritual connrction with Mr. Marley, the Wailers and the I-Threes has had a blessing in their lives. BTW, I'm in here dancing with my cane. Peace and Blessings to rveryone
The shit will always just hit my soul no matter what amazing thank you bob. ❤❤❤❤❤ You could play this a hundred years from now and people will still be dancing. Rastafari...
I saw Bob Marley live the following summer 1978 at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley (outdoors) ... amazing, beautiful show. I remember we all linked arms and swayed together for No Woman, No Cry ... RIP Bob Marley 🙏
I am happy that the Aquatica waterpark in Orlando, FL pays tribute to the spirit and the environment of Bob Marley. His music in this concert is in the background and essence of the wonderful islander spirit of Aquatica. I want to leave work now and go relax to Bob Marley music and the Wailers!
