Long Island’s own Bob Nelson returns to the area where his comedy career began over 30 years ago. A featured performer for many years at historic Long Island comedy venues like Governor’s and the East Side Comedy Club, Bob went on to HBO where he was on 4 comedy specials (including the 1 hour Nelson Schmelson), countless late night TV appearances and major Hollywood films like Kindergarten Cop and Brain Donors. He is currently in production on a TV series based on one of his most beloved stage characters called Jiffy Jeff’s Gym.
