i think renovating the old pancakes house would be really interesting, eliza can renovate some of the rooms into her space, maybe bookshelves and painting spaces? beautiful build btw!! ❤️

Love it! 🥰 Another idea for his story line is instead of having a restaurant, having the selling table from Home Chef Hustle! And about the base game file, a cool thing to add are the gallery Sims, like the ones in The Sims cover. They have a lot of story lines in the Maxis gallery and it's really fun to incorporate them, I usually like to use them as an inspo to build Newcrest

I love the kitchen! My favourite color is red but I get what you mean with red is hard to work with in the game. I agree, but I love your way of doing it here!

In my game I made a residential rental of the Spencer-Kim-Lewis house and split those up so the (grand)parents have there own unit in the building besides the Lewis household with Alice, Eric and little Olivia. I have a spare one appartement left, I think that would be perfect for Eliza to rent overthere. Maybe Olivia and Iggy can meet up when he visits his mom... 🙂

Maybe Bob's restaurant was part of a short-lived reality TV show, called 'Bob's Pancakes'. Bob hangs the poster up on his wall because he is proud that a reality TV show was based on his restaurant, even if it wasn't popular and cancelled after one season.

I always headcanon'ed that is where Bob got their money in the first place, when out of high school, he was on a reality cooking show and that is where the poster came from. So Eliza married him thinking he had this huge future in cooking TV ahead of him because she is materialistic. But because he's a loner and gloomy, he wasn't really a fit for television. He was on for one season like most reality TV but made a bunch of money from offers and deals but that quickly dried up and because of Eliza's overly perfectionist nature she can't hold down a job because she can't make deadlines. This drives a rift between the two of them.

I think it'd be great if you renovated the original Pancakes house for Eliza! I've also got a few ideas for Eliza's story. 1. Eliza's a lesbian (this is why she and Bob got divorced). 2. Eliza had an affair (this could be why Iggy prefers to live with Bob) and is now married to that sim (preferably a wealthy sim as I see her as someone who would "marry up"). 3. Eliza is single and thriving, but is a total workaholic. Really loving this base game building series and I can't wait for your save file!

In my game Bob and Eliza are divorced too. For Eliza I like her to adopt a little girl who has the exact same traits as Eliza. They were meant to be mother and daughter they dress alike and act alike. In public Eliza says they are sisters.

In my personal save Bob and Eliza are separated but not divorced and I moved Eliza to this neighborhood. I wasn't really sure how they afforded their old house if Bob was just starting out in the culinary career and Eliza didn't work. But the sims posted yearbook pictures for them before highschool years came out and it said that Eliza wanted to start a really successful business. So maybe she's trying to work for herself? Have a plopsy shop?
