Bob pulls the fire alarm/blames it on Caillou and gets Arrested/Grounded. 

Bob asked his teacher to go to the bathroom but instead he dressed up as Caillou and pulled down the fire alarm and made Caillou Get blamed from it, and he was placed under arrest by the police, and then till later Bob got exposed and was placed under arrest for Pulling down the fire alarm and blaming Caillou for doing it.
