he always make jokes about the modern art, is just brilliant and savage, once surfing in the web i found a video of him in a chinesse search page, it beggined with a challenge in english that say: Bob Ross drinking challenge, rules: 1. drink everytime he says a little 2. drink everytime he says happy 3. drink after a joke of modern art 4. drink after he uses titanium withe 5. drink everytime he dries his brush and some rules that i don't remember, dude that game will make you fell in an alcoholic coma

He was a frickin genius and I never am unsatisfied and bored by comparing the most simplistic things he did in the first 5 minutes of the episode and going immediately to the last 2 minutes and comparing and it's like... dude... the guy is an absolute MAGICIAN. The dichotomy of simplicity mixed with utter beauty _is_ the genius.

If you get a hair, because it is a natural bristle brush, they do have a tendency to shed a little. Especially during mating season. Amazing words from an amazing man. Good ol' Bob

You know you're doing just fine whenever you practice, notice and work with something new and in the next video you watch, Bob confirms that same conclusion! Man did he learn me how to paint! This painting is almost exactly like the one I painted for my mom's 60th birthday and oh boy, she loved it.

I don’t blame him. I never understood the appeal of modern art. Landscapes like those of Bob transport my mind to a different world and give me a sense of peace.

Debra Dominguez you can, his technique was created to be more simplified, that way anyone can paint like he does...I promise you that if you were to follow his lead and paint how he is instructing, you would have paintings very simular to his.
