Good video. I especially like that John Bowen took the time to add the RU-vid segmenting feature. That really helps us to be able to repeat certain sections that we need to hear (or see) again. Bob's slideshow and explanation was clear and concise. All that's really missing is what that wrap paperwork would look like. I have been doing private equity lending for several years, but "wrapping" a partner into a deal is beyond me. Besides the mysteries of the Note, do you file two mortgages?
