Congrats to the winner, dude deserves all the praise for his performance. However, what a click bait title. You don't become a "national champion" by winning a 3rd party multi case event held less than a month after launch, you do it by winning Nationals in the official circuit season.

Yes you can do this, same with Sabines Firespray (the Red Pod thingy)

Yeah that's crazy value. It is possible because keywords like Ambush and Shielded are actually also When Played abilities. And the owner decides the sequence of how multiple When Played abilities iare resolved during the same window.
