I disagree about the “he’s 20 years too old” bit tho. It’s either Temuera Morrison or no one. At that point I’d rather boba stay dead if it wasn’t him. Also, it’s not like Star Wars hasn’t had more egregious age inconsistencies; obi wan and Tarkin aging from 30 year old looking men into 90 year old men in 19 years, Bo Katan looking the same age from the clone wars all the way to the Mandalorian

If I directed Boba Fett I would have done things differently. One change is that I would have him leave the helmet, the next is that I would allow the show to show the audience the darker side of the galaxy. It would explore the galactic criminal underworld. Boba Fett would be like an anti villain. He's the crime boss but there would be lines he wouldn't cross, like killing innocents, no trafficking people etc. I would have a young actor play Han Solo because it would split between Boba Fett and Han as Han tries to track down Boba Fett and shut down his whole operation while Boba himself fights off various crime lords who want to take over Jabba's organization. It would end with Han and Boba having a blaster duel with Han shooting Boba. He would give Boba an honorary burial because he saw him as a worthy opponent . It would then end with Han and Chewie rendezvouing with Luke and Leia. But that's just my version. What do you think?

Even Boba Fett isn't Boba Fett in Book of Boba Fett, like, seriously none of his character matches any prior incarnations at all. It's an empty shell.
