I remember as I was on break at work one day, I found out that my abusive “step dad” who made me and my siblings watch almost kill my mom, who psychically beat me and my brother, who threatened to kill our dad, who tried to set the house on fire as we was in it and so much more this song started playing the very second I saw his obituary. Love this! Play it for Mom, Jane, 16 others, but mainly Susie, who tried to steal my first husband, then stalked the guy I lived with for seven years, then FIFTY YEARS LATER showed up out of nowhere to destroy what I had left of an old and solid relationship. In my early 20s, I was in a 4 year relationship with someone who abused me in every way possible way. I'm not using the phrase "escape for my life" figuratively to describe how I finally got away. Then, I was stalked for a year until he moved on to his next victim. While he should have been put in prison for life, I was so happy to just get the fuck away that I couldn't stand the idea of facing him . No, I'm not exaggerating, how about aggravated assault, and aggravated sexual assault just to put definitions to the sick shit he did. But you know, some scars don't heal. I've been diagnosed with Complex PTSD and was left unable to have children. I've spent the last 22 years looking over my shoulder, but I am happy to announce that he's dead as of yesterday. I can't begin to describe what this level of relief feels like. The last conversation he and I ever had was as he snuck up on me in a restaurant parking lot and I was alone going in to meet friends. It was nearly at the 1 year mark of stalking. Him, crying like a little bitch: You should just come back. I'll never hurt you. You know I love you. Me(i never stopped walking toward the restaurant): Please leave me alone. Him: If you don't come back, I'll kill myself. Me, stopped dead in my tracks and turned to look him in the eyes: I wish I could believe that, but why the fuck would you make my life any easier now? And then I just walked in and told the manager at the front that he was out there. They called the cops but he was already gone.

Man I watched a concert years ago Megadeath put together called Gigantour or something like that. It had all sorts of bands on it. Dream Theater, Anthrax, Mega, etc. And then I came across a band called Bobaflex!! Holy Shit!! I was blown away at the speed and energy..multi vocals! Been a fan ever since. Never been been able to catch a live show but super happy to see you guys stuck it out and have had success! However you measure that it doesn't matter. Your Rockin and living out your passions!
