Mr. Babak Kalhor, do you really understand what the "king of kings" means? If you wouldn't know, then you should know that such title "king of kings" was used by Cyrus the great because many kings of other countries were paying to Cyrus the great for the protection they needed! Please don't ridicule Cyrus the great by using that title for an ordinary escaping person at such a low level of former Shah of Iran (a real king of Iran wouldn't flee from Iran). If he wasn't scared for his life and could just remain in Iran without doing anything, that filthy Khomeini would never dare to fly to Iran and the army commanders would never surrender themselves to such enemy of Iran which the shah himself called Khomeini as "Seyyed Hindi", "black reactionary" and "British agent" in 1978 daily newspaper called Etelaat! Please be more careful with the title "King pf Kings" which is used only for Cyrus the great!!!
Apparently, you also don't know the true meaning of "King of Kings." It has absolutely nothing to do with the idea of other kings paying tribute to the Top King (Cyrus the Great). It simply means that Cyrus the Great was a king that came from a line of ancestor kings... ergo... King... "of"... Kings or Shahanshah. More than anything, this honorific title solidified the ruling king's legitimacy, that he was an heir of a lineage of previous ruling kings, and not an imposter sitting on the throne = a king that is "of" ancestors that were kings, i.e., he being an "issue" of previous kings.
