A lot of time people in that industry on the come up are so desperate that they willing to fall for anything just to say they making it. It ain't worth it because look at what's happening now. Now all those that were pimped out have all types of problems
@@emmanuelbriggs5182 You beat me to it. I remember a time when a mother would starve before being fed, or feeding her family with drug money. Those days are gone, now if you ain't got money as a man. Better sell drugs if you want a woman to kiss yo ass. Lol, but that's our current state. We fuked up, but for the purpose of handing over our youth. I'm willing to bet our government got big plans for them.
@@RiVer-Parish thank you brother 🙌🏿and I don't mean to seem like I'm correcting you but we have to see and use words and phrases to describe ourselves for the great people we are 🙏🏿✊🏿
It's disturbing that some men don't recognize when they were victimized and psychologically it shows that males being molested have just as many issues as an adult as females and it usually reflects in their relationships with women From objectifying women to having trust issues with women
@@Kadafitheprince2379like it literally doesn’t have the same effect yet they can’t understand that. 🤦🏾♂️😂😂 he’s also describing young women who HE found attractive even as a child🤷🏾♂️.
@@tdup191 yeah I’m not denying that I’d be way more furious if it was a man on my daughter. but nonetheless. I’m still gonna be furious either way, man or woman both will be dealt with.
the fact that any child, or on a set of any show was going through that is unbelievable, but unfortunately believable too, and this goes back to the Shirley Temple day's #iykyk😞
Man this has been happening going ALL the way back to the Hollywood “Golden era” The Shirley Temple days! Fun Fact: Shirley Temple was originally pitched to play Dorothy in the Wizard Of Oz but during the audition the casting director “Revealed” himself to that little girl smh 🤦🏾
@@rowlaanbennett7296 , Shirley Temple laughed at that grown @ss man and he told her to leave. I believe her mother "serviced" the other man, as they were separated when they went in to discuss Shirley getting the role. Hollywood has always been Hollywierd. 😢
@freethinkinmelanin6795 you're looking at this all wrong. She and I bought were in the Army. If we can go out there and put our lives on the line, then WE can do whatever we please in decency. Besides, I pulled her. I left home to deal with real-life WOMEN. Not a young soul like me.
@@patelston8388 No, I’m looking at it clear as day. Men are perverse and it seems to start early. And y’all don’t even care why. It’s cool and funny to y’all.
JJ was smart because a LOT of these celebrities are poor like us. Him going to college and getting a trade made him more marketable and better than a lot of these celebs you see know. Look at the ones who ran to OF or weird commercials, or doing interesting ads for companies during the pandemic.
Exactly. JJ WAS us. We were in middle school together, his house was right behind my house. We remember his journey vividly. When he went on to college ppl couldn’t understand bc they thought he had made it… but he gave it up. Til this day I (and the city of Little Rock) respect him for that.
As a woman it's never cool if a grown woman press on a male child... I'ma boy mom... I'm not gonna ever play about my son..men wake up!! Those double standards you accept, are the reasons women (not all) get away with certain things they do!
It's unacceptable for any adult to be sexually inappropriate with a child regardless of their gender. We as black people got to stop condoning certain behavior. A lot of black male children have been victims of molestation at the hands of an older female and they get a pass because black culture sexualizes black men and then complain when they get older and be hyper sexual with babies all over the place.
Unfortunately, as usual, these ideas of our bodies and who we are by nature were "not" created by "us," but in typical fashion, we perpetuate these lies. Even though we have some 🐌 🐌 within our group, there are many of us who are starting to pay attention to how this issue affects our boys and men. Thank you for your observations on how this trauma can manifest within our black men. 💚
Sadly men that were assaulted as children from adult women dont understand the impact that causes to themselves and how they can potentially view women down the road. My deepest sincerest hope is that thoes men that were taking advantage of as children will truly unpack that trauma and heal it. Nothing about that is ok or some sort of rights of passage into man hood!!!🙅🏿♀️💚
The same thing happen to me there's no trauma I LOVED IT! Men and women are different did you see his face when he talked about it his face lit up there was no trauma in his voice or action. I can tell you getting breast in your face as a young boy is not traumatizing it feels great.
@FormerIFBBJudge My comment wasn't really directed just to Bobby, but to the countless of other men that were boys that were assaulted by grown women (that went well passed breast in their face). Your experience is your experience, but my point is that on a deeper level, there is a cause and effect in everything that's done. As a woman who has experienced men (in romantic relationships and friendships) with these types of childhood backgrounds, these incidents can scar a person for life no matter if "the body" enjoyed it or not.
That happens to a lot of shows. Today, it probably just aired over in its other markets, before being on the website. Once they get about 50 to 60 episodes that's all they need.
When he said that, I was like bruh, it’s still a problem! Some dudes grow up having issues from that whether they wanna admit it or not. And if a grown ass woman is doing that to a little boy 🤮
It makes some little boys become over sexual.. they grow up never having enough.. never satisfied.. it also causes them to act out on their own siblings and other children.. that's not healthy at all, nor safe for others.
It's a double standard like he said but, lets be honest there are older women maybe not super old (like in there teenage years) who will go and gain experience on younger boys growing up with them. And it's not no predator type stuff. I agree with him, he was happy that it happened. Similar situation happened to me and I wasn't scared out for my life or took it the wrong way.
Just because your body responded to it, doesn’t mean it wasn’t assault. Not his fault his body reacted that way, but that woman was sick. She was the adult in that situation.
@FormerIFBBJudge Because you won't "get it" when it happens to your daughter or son. You'll ASSume all victims like it just like you did. And nothing is wrong with your feelings. But it's sick to think the majority feels the same way.
@@SpiceyKy It's sick to you that most men feel that way but that don't make it is sick. It's not a problem for men why would you want men to feel bad about that, that's part I don't get. You said daughter yes I agree that will most likely scar a girl not a boy that's just the way it is boys and girls are different.
We have to do better at protecting little black boys as well. He said he knows SA causes trauma and causes scars but wouldn’t be bothered if it happened to his son (so long as it’s a woman). We need to do better
He still don’t understand it doesn’t matter if it’s an adult male or female. It’s still grooming nonetheless. Because if the rolls were reversed it wouldn’t fly if that was a young girl.
He knows, he said he’s very aware. That’s why he said it’s a sick double standard. A lot of things within society have kinda warped how people see things.
It's not the same at all because we as men physically mature faster than women. we are not getting over powdered by a woman at all. Also we as men don't have the same perspective of pubescent sex for ourselves as we do for women. we as men have double standards about adult women's sexuality!!! there's no grooming necessary for a woman to have sex with a teenager male. that's the facts!
I grew up watching Bobb'e on thats so Raven & fell n love wit Lil JJ when he did comic view. I think it was audition for new comics when jj hit the scene. I also watched Lil JJ show as well & im glad they both did well since those days.😊
I got 3 sons....I would DEFINITELY have a problem with a grown woman doing anything inappropriate to them. I get it because he's a man and he loves women. But inappropriate is inappropriate
@@lashundamartin7777 Because it's not you guys are trying to force males to feel bad about it when naturally we don't. You are creating a problem you should not do that if a male have no problems with it leave it alone don't create a situation.
@@FormerIFBBJudge that doesnt mean it's right because we "naturally don't feel bad about it" that still can mess with the mental state of a young man and create hypersexuality in the future
Him and bobby J and him were exempt because they were two black boys in a predominately white space. They were the token black children. As much as we laugh and crack jokes about the token black kids in the white spaces they were important to have. They protected them agaisnt lawsuits, cancelations, and open up for broaden fanbase
I remember seeing little Bobb'e on the Apollo. For the first time when he was like 2 or 3yrs old talking about "ya'll give me a clause for that" I knew from that moment he was gonna be famous and yes he said clause... And I'm proud of his journey.I can say I've watched it from the beginning. stand up young man🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm glad Bobbe said that the foundation is key when being a child actor. So many of them turn to vices or destructive behavior because they weren't protected by the adults in their lives. If you're parents are too concerned with money and the lifestyle it's like dangling a carrot to a horse.
I'm glad he was brave enough to be honest about the double standard. It's not right, but it won't be addressed or corrected unless people are honest about it. These female predators are using the double standard to their advantage. Maybe he feels he wasn't damaged, but some boys are damaged by older women.
It’s crazy hearing his experiences with the older females cause rape is rape and because we don’t vilify the female we grow up thinking it’s regular but it’s not cool. And yet we wonder why some many of us are hyper secuali as they get older
Having a solid support system is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT on ALL LEVELS!! The family relying on a child to provide is not ok. That's not how it works. I know some so called "black" families don't wanna do the work but have no problem putting their kids in situations without preparation (THEY DONT KNOW) because of MONEY!! The idea of having that "GOOD LYFE" falling on the shoulders of a sacrificial child.. 🤦🏽♀️ I'll never understand. Another example is a child not falling in line with the "black community" lack and limits of being productive and removing themselves from it just to be guilted into believing They changed, they fake, they don't wanna help they family!! FOH!! That same unstable environment expecting a child to PROVIDE for them . See how this doesn't make sense, unfortunately "this community" is a large percentage of why generational wealth cant be preserved! I'm talking more than money!
This is SUPER REAL TALK, I've had family member female-friends do stuff to me like this, no tits in the face, but talking about how cute i was. I was never traumatized, but like Bobbe J was saying, I CAN'T FATHOM A DUDE BEING THIS WAY/TALKING flirtatious to my daughter like my mama's friends did to me!!!! I'd need to fluck a bligga up!!!
When you say “my mama wasn’t going” that’s how you know everybody was aware of what was going on some people just got watched some people didn’t and some people was sent to them people on purpose 💯
Same with all serious news stories that get covered up by tabloid news out of nowhere that dominates every moment in media. Propaganda as well as bait and switch. We fall for the distractions every time. Glad someone is paying attention.
I agree with cuh on older women and young men but i believe we as black boys are hyper sexualized. I didn't mind being in that position with a older woman. But i was victimized by todays standards. I thought i was just player😂😂😂
Bobby j kept it official and even when he could tell the interviewer didn't agree he still Stayed firm on what he said and didn't back pedal and to be fair he's right about there being a difference between girls and boys
