I love it how at 0:03 Bittman uses his classic "How are Ya" line and completely terrorizes that little girl standing behind him!! LOL!!! Even the librarian behind Bittman has this reaction as if she's saying "what's that all about" LOL
The original "Okay, I wrapped my head around that. Now what?" comment was much better, Red. Bummer you couldn't resist the urge to pull the grammar card 😁
@larryfine Let's not forget his kid brother Skip, who did an array of dazzling impressions back in the day before turning to the serious side of show business as a park warden.
May I say, and this comes straight from the heart: You Bobby Bittman have never forgotten your roots and have given back to the community so selflessly that I,...that....I......I'll complete this after I regain my composure...
It's something...I'm really at a loss for words...to see a funny man like Bobby Bittman, dare I say one of the world's greatest entertainers of all time, take time from his schedule to help the children.
more bits and pieces about Bittman's history, wonder what the whole story is? How did He end up on SCTV? did LaRue 'discover' Him? I knew He started making appearances on Maudlin.
@@timobrien8809 Nope, originally it wasn’t this choppy. I know there was a pristine version on RU-vid a few years ago but I don’t think it’s still around.
@johnheart Do people today even remember his appearances on the Maudlin show. He broke up everybody! Believe me, nobody was faster with the quips than Bittman.
As a comedian, in all seriousness, he would have no choice but to agree with you! How are ya!!!! (That one always kills me - to this day!). And I, for one, will never forget his guest appearances! @@vestibulate
I was once at a library where a HS band was performing, playing their marching songs. I was talking to someone, trying to be heard over the music. The libarian came over, told me to quiet down because it's a libary. Me: "Look, lady, there's a marching band playing music. Don't tell me to quiet down."
