@@timetowakeup6302 also apparently scored movies. At 4:29 he mentions having scored upcoming picture, That Funny Feeling despite not being able to read or write music (Who knew?!!)

Thanx so much, ReelinInTheYears66, for sharing this little treasure! Wow. Just wow. Bobby Darin. Loved him since I heard him on the radio, saw him on Ed Sullivan and Ametican Bandstand, and bought his albums and 45s (still got 'em!) oh so so many many years gone by. Singer, songwriter, composer of movie scores, actor, impressionist, dancer (well, he says he can't dance, but I like his moves), player of piano, drums, guitar, harmonica, and vibraphone. And, Bobby did a lot of charitable work. An all-around special man. RIP, darling Bobby, and thanx so so very much for the magic, music, and memories.

I find so funny that he missed a note of the piano bass line in 9:53 and instead of ignoring or covering it his facial expression gave it away, he couldn't help it. What a performer, I rate his overall showman versatility (among entertainers who could sing, act, dance, tell jokes, play some instruments, etc) just a notch below that of Sammy Davis Jr (who was by far the best dancer of them all) but Darin was way above all the rest. Just my opinion. Blessings from San Juan PR !!!

But 100 times better than Sam as a pure singer ............

@@sas6561 Mmmmm... arguable, subject to debate, depending of preferences. However I would incline towards Darin, who sounded so comfortable when singing country and also blues, rock 'n roll, etc, that guy could sing the NY Phone Book !!!

It's crazy seeing him describe the Chamberlain. That's essentially what would eventually become a synthesizer.
