Bobby Fischer - Caro-Kann is for LOSERS 

The American really had a rivalry against the french at the time but more so annoying was the dreaded caro which did have a reputation of being formidable against fischer. The key word "did" as the american proved yet again that nothing would slow him down from beating the soviets and showing to the world that he was the undisputed #1

king to c6 makes it so bobby can't trap the opponent's bishop which he could have done by moving bishop to c5 if Max did not move king to c6.

Great way to combat the so called solid, Caro Cann defense. Bobby dictates the game up to the end of it.

why didn't he pull int black squared bishop on the king queen pawn and win the queen? Instead of retaking the knight with the pawn?
