I really hope Michael finds a few video's by Mikhaila Peterson :) I have done much reading on Lectins, Oxalates & Phytates,... Very scary shit, seriously. Many vegetables & nuts are horrible & dairy is tricky,... Quality Butter from grass fed cows & aged Cheese from grass fed cows like imported Parmigiano Reggiano is okay for me. My plant diet is low carb & low in oxalates, lectins & phytates :)
