@Little wigglemonster I mean Bill Burr and Tim Dillion for me are good examples of 3 comics who shine more alone than with other comics. Anytime they have a guest episode it's usually subpar compared to their solo stuff. Yannis however is better either other comedians I think is the point we're making
Eh it’s good. But I see this kind of comment on literary every comedians podcast so it loses all meaning. And he tends to bring a lot of bitter energy when the comedians makes more money than him too and unless they are incredibly nice to him it always turns akward.
If Joe did Tiger Belly then Bobby would go on Joe’s show. Joe won’t do Tiger which means Bob won’t do Joe’s show. Bobby is just asking for a fair trade-off not a power play.

Im dead as hell listening to Tannis describe Tacoma as it has the charm of the "Soviet Union" if you have ever been to Tacoma this is spot on perfect 😂😂😂 BTW nobody living in Tacoma wants to be there, due to the gentrification of Seattle everyone has to move south due to rent prices and property tax prices in Seattle so everyone in Tacoma is basically a miserable Seattlite 😂😂😂😂
I'm in my third year of doing standup in Portland OR. Thank you for posting this video. You help newbies like me. Confirms a lot of stuff too. I started doing standup later in life, but I lived a very full life before, so for me this is all part of my journey. I'm loving doing standup, I mean, I hate it, but I love it. It's just impossible, but when I get big laughs, I'm like, I can do this. Once in a while it's really worth it right now. I get on the mic 4 to 5 nights a week and do new jokes every night. I don't get booked on showcases, but I don't care about that as much as being a great comic. I'm definitely trying to figure out how to make money doing this at some point. right now I just work my current job, which I hate, because it's not comedy, but I'm surviving whatever is thrown at me. Weed and shrooms help, and my two cats.
