I'm looking at 3 brushes (for when my paycheck comes in this month!)... 》Chikuhodo MK-SK Sakura powder brush 》Eihodo WP-PC1 puff brush, goldfish white bristles 》Koyudo face brush, 3D angle, LE And yes, I know...for someone who has literally just bought theie first fude brush (well, 2) and they've not even been delivered yet..it does seem a little crazy to dive straight into the slightly more expensive side of Fude (also, possibly the "collectible" side).. Buuuuttt, I heard the pri ces are going up on the 1st, and someone dropped a "by 3 0 %" b o m b....plus, you get 1 5 % o f f on your first order 🎉....so it's like I'm getting a great d e a l here 😂😂 Could you please let me know if these brushes have the "Alicia stamp of approval"? I'm pretty much set on the Chikuhodo Sakura, but I don't mind switching the other 2 (I think I just really like their handles, but if there's something better, I could do that! Also, i saw the puff brush with the white bristles was sold out elsewhere, so I assumed it must be good...) (Around the same price point though please...for example, I would really love the Owl brush from your video..but I can't 😢) For reference, the only other fude I have are the Chikuhodo Takumi T-11 and the FO-5 (though at a later stage, I also proooobably will pick up the Koyudo Fupa-02 original and F-04)

Love Bobo Do's brushes!!! The Nebulae CH-1 and the RCS/goat eyeshadow set are holy grail brushes in my collection. 😍 The fact that she is so kind and transparent to her customers makes me a loyal supporter!! I have my eye on that owl brush next...🦉
Just went back for the Eihodo goldfish puff 🤦♀️...and the Nebulae S03 (couldn't resist when you said perfect for one & done!) Code "Alicia" works only on the first order I think 😢...but at least the 10% summer sale is still on 🎉 (and BoBo kindly said she would combine the orders, and refund shipping 🎉🎉)
After watching your video, I’m now thinking that I should order two of the powder brush just to avoid optimise the shipping fee and import taxes as I feel that I will love it. I don’t actually use loose face powders but very fine pressed ones like the Hourglass powders. By any chance, have you tried the Nebulae face brush with the Hourglass powders? Did the brush pick up enough with one or two swipes as it is on the fluffy side? I need the fluffiness for my dry skin, but it only works if it does apply powder… thanks in advance for sharing your experience and advice ❤️❤️❤️
I love makeup brushes videos! I wouldn't buy these because they are made of natural hair, but I'm currently obsessed with the travel set Rae Morris is about to launch... Those brushes are the cutest I have ever seen! 😍 And they are extremely expensive, of course 😭 Speaking of very cute synthetic brushes, I've recently bought "La Fuga del Gatos" mini set from Fude Beauty, I love it 🖤💜
That mixed bristle is genius. The softness and flexibility of grey squirrel and the pickup and structure of Saikoho goat…genius. The shapes are perfect. The handle look amazing as well. I am curious about the weasel and Saikoho goat blend for applying special shades. Those Koyudo collaborations are stunning as well. Those eye brushes are drool worthy. Thank you for sharing these experiences and these brushes with us.

Alicia, I just wanted to take a moment to comment on how much I admire your entrepreneurship and artistic spirit - AND, how much I love that you allow others to believe in you. It’s so easy to forget to allow others to believe in us and in turn believe in their belief, but you do that so humbly and you make MAGIC! On a lighter note, I need the owl brush ❤
We LOVE BoBo brushes! I adore the Chikuhodo collab Owl brush so much, it’s exquisite! All of the brushes she has designed are superb. Her recent collab with Koyudo, the RCS/Saikoho eye brush set is also stellar! So wonderful to see you review and highlight her lovely Fude❤❤.
Been using her stores for over a year now and its brilliant. The shipping has improved but wish she would get a threshold for free shipping. The 12% does help though.
I also love that Bobo is very interactive on IG, to the extent of even showing the development of a brush/series and taking on feedback. It’s great to feel even very tangentially involved in what brushes get produced that we then get to purchase and use.

S00 is excellent for shimmers, because it’s stiff but still soft on the lids. It has just enough flexibility to gently blend if needed, but doesn’t interfere with the pickup.

I have the BoBo x Chikuhodo brushes CH-1, S00, and S03. I loved the cheek brush CH-1 so much, I bought a second one. The shape is perfection for blush and bronzer. I use it every single day. It’s soft and the blend is divine. . That Face powder brush is GORGEOUS!🤩 I wish it was in my budget!! I’ll put it on a wish list!! I have a cart with a few brushes in it on the BoBo website right now. I am adding a few of the BoBo/Koyudo Yoshiki eye brushes…#1 & #4 and maybe #5

PHEW! We made it! It depends on which part of your makeup routine you want and to level up. If it’s powder, Sakura-since grey squirrel won’t pick up as much as goat, and will deposit more of a veil of product. The Eihodo brush is gorgeous, but you will have to wipe between foundation uses to limit the wash frequency. Natural hairs are more delicate, and don’t fair well either frequent washing like synthetic fibers do. Is the Koyudo brush you’re taking about the one from Bobo? I have that one and it is IMPECCABLE for bronzer. You can also use it to apply loose powder, but will have more of a buff/polish feel as opposed to the Chikuhodo brush.

@@r17l ah ok! Yes, the Koyudo brush is exceptional. But it’s not going to be as lightweight and silky like the Chikuhodo one. But the Koyudo brush is beyond soft. Does that make sense? 🫣🤣
