Could be that POLITICAL CLASS influenced the change of Prison Services to Correctional center in order to remove STIGMA of some of them convicted at one time or the other. So, is now ' PLEASURE CENTER for convicted Criminals 😂😂😂.

Correction or prison….the name doesn’t matter if we have corruptions in the system. Let’s talk about “how do we fix this behavior in our country”.
