I haven’t been to Florida going to try Fort Lauderdale as my intro to the state for a vacation I have planned. Do you think that’s a better plan to stay in Fort Lauderdale and just visit Boca Raton due to the cost?

@@jdhitshine I went to ft lauderdale for the first time last March. Went back July and then in august. You’ll have a blast there and won’t break the bank. The most affordable place to stay in my opinion is b ocean resort

Very nicely done! I've been in South Florida 33 years, first in Boca where I had a breakfast and lunch restaurant on Federal Highway, then in Delray Beach where I also had a breakfast and lunch restaurant right in the heart of downtown at Atlantic Avenue, about twenty years ago. We moved to downtown Lake Worth 12 miles north of Delray Beach about 14 years ago and just sold our little compound there, and moved back to Delray Beach. Luckily you don't have to be rich to live here, because we are definitely not rich. We bought a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo two years ago in a 55 plus development. It takes us literally less than 5 minutes to drive downtown to Atlantic Avenue and about eight minutes to get to the ocean. We paid $117,000 for this two-bedroom two-bath. We are on a canal and watch the boats go by all day and watch the iguanas and all the tropical birds and it's beautiful. There are still affordable places here although it definitely can get very pricey in Boca and especially in Delray which is very desirable. This is a beautiful over 55 development and in the two-and-a-half years we've been here we have experienced none of the horror stories that you often hear about condo developments. Hopefully it will remain thus. You can still get a condo here for about between 140 and 190,000. Maintenance fees are about 390 a month but it covers a lot of stuff. We have two beautiful club houses with gorgeous pools, saunas, and jacuzzis and they and our grounds are meticulously maintained. If you're considering moving here just do your homework. But it's a great lifestyle.

I live in West Boca and can attest that you don’t have to be rich to live in the area. You do have to be somewhat rich/ wealthy to live by the water but West Boca is only 8-9 miles from the ocean.

Awe, thank you for reminding me of my time spent in Boca Raton in the mid 80s. I've lived many places thereafter and I've often thought about moving back to Boca Raton. I have yet to find a better place to live in the entire USA.

And absolutely NONE Zero of these restaurants he shows along ATLANTIC or 2nd are open in 95F heat and you would be peeled off the ground with heat exhaustion there during the NON SEASON. It is at best a 4 mos deal. LATE NOVEMBER to March. Weather Weather Weather.

Deerfield has a nice beach but the town is all that great. Its in Broward County, alot different than Palm Beach. Delray Beach is the beach you want to go to tho. We have 2 beaches here in Boca but Delray is alot better.

Oh, okay. I have been there severally. The last time I visited was back in 2012 with my old aunt Eunice for a friend's Christmas eve party it was fun and I enjoyed every bit my stay over there there including the delectable food, good weather temperature and beautiful towns. I live in West Broward, and thank you for enlightening me about the dog friendly places, in S. Palm Beach County. My little 5 lb Pom, Bella has been to Mizner and Atlantic Ave. I travel with her like you do with your Poodle. Dogs are Gods gift to humans. Glad to see someone else likes traveling with their pet as much as I do. My Bella has her own carriage, and is so well behaved I have been able to take her into supermarkets, without any eye raising.

Fantastic! Best video I've seen of the local community giving the most in depth synopsis of the boca/Delray area. This guy packs an incredible amount of info and destination suggestions into each minute of the video with terrific camera and drone footage. Excellent & Awesome job as always!!! I am actually moving over here to South East Florida after living in St. Petersburg for almost 3 years!!! As a former California resident (and a Conservative), I am so excited to move to the Boca Raton & Delray Beach & the surrounding areas!!! I feel that it is more my Vibe with lots of fun things to see & do!!! Keep the incredible videos coming!!!

Good Luck Palm Beach county is know as the biggest blue pocket in the state. Look it up. By and large Palm Beach County is made up of *well educated* professionals in other words VERY Anti-Trump. I

Palm beach county is so cool. Eastern parts of the county is of course the beach and downtown areas but western Palm beach county is more nature. Many people out in Wellington own farms and have horses.

The last time I visited was back in 2012 with my old aunt Eunice for a friend's Christmas eve party it was fun and I enjoyed every bit my stay over there there including the delectable food, good weather temperature and beautiful towns. I’ve been a Delray Beach citizen all of my life born and raised and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else than South Florida other than LA. You can’t beat Delray, Deerfield, Pompano, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and the Miami Beaches, and also the Florida Keys, it’s paradise here.

Is it me or is the narrator’s voice sounds like he should be narrating an episode of The Twilight Zone instead of a vacation video. Hahaha love the content though. I’m staying in Deerfield for 2 months and finding the videos very informative. Thx
