I love watching your adventures. My wife and i are mid fifties and excited to do the backpacking thing having not done it at your age. Keep the video's coming! We are planning trips in 2025
Absolutely amazing. Thanks for sharing your adventure. Guys I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak. Add this sound in your bucket list. Thank you
@@Joelfriend thanks allot Joel. When you guys want to come, be sure to get in touch. And make sure to enjoy this himalayan . That's why I recommended Moses Peak to you. Because I myself have climbed this mountain many times every year with tourists. More than seven times. Because it goes up this mountain path from my village and I know these paths very well۔the unique future of this peak is that once you can experience the magnificent view of k2 the second highest peak in the world. Along with almost 700+m peaks in the area including Nangaparbat,Broad peak. Mashabrom Ghashabrom1,2,3,4 and K_6 K_7and k12.the route is located in open Area.
We haven’t had a chance to head up there yet! One thing is, it’s cheaper then Costa Rica and I’ve heard the beaches are potentially better then Costa Rica!
For a hostel room is about $25 USD a night each we booked the standard double room but luckily got upgraded for free but that cost 50 USD a night. In this case the red frog Selena is very unique in that you are in the jungle and on a remote island and would say it’s worth it in this case, however the Selena in the main bocas town is probably not worth it as much, as there’s lots of other more affordable options available:) hope that helps!
Regarding the bikes: you can rent a bike in bocas for 7$ for a whole day. I don't know why you paid so much. The old rasta man in front of the park in bocas is an institution and his bikes are in good shape.
I really enjoyed watching this video! I start my first back packing journey this year . Your videos have proved very helpful :) all the best on your travels 😊
What I learned in Costa Rica is there's a lot more things that will kill you in the jungle than where I live. All kinds of snakes, spiders, frogs, etc. It's the survival of the fittest down there.
