My own fun demonstration of the Bodi-Tek horse riding excerciser, I am a complete novice horse rider as you will see from my videos, I wouldnt recommend using this machine if you are pregnant or have back or heart problems, you will need fairly good balance, if you have any medical conditions then always seek your doctors advise before using.
