“Who Hurt You” is a song I wrote after an emotional argument that I had with someone very dear to me.
This song expresses how the scars of our past experiences shape our current behavior.
We often project our built up frustrations and insecurities onto others.
Although we can’t change the past, we can learn to overcome with the help of those around us that give us love and support.
After this miscommunication, I tried to understand the origin of their pain, why they couldn’t express themselves, why they would rather run away. I learned to not only look to the root cause, but also help them see their world from different perspective, a more positive one.
If someone makes you feel worthless, this does not define who you are; you are the person you're supposed to be, imperfectly perfect. Together we can face and overcome the challenges in life.

"Who Hurt You" is the first of many songs I will release this year. When I wrote it, I never thought I would actually release it, however as scary as it is for me personally, I am finally ready to share ‘My Stories’ with you.
