Hi Vern, I'm genuinely happy for you and Ben. Just a quick story lang, I'm a 44 year old mother of 2. I had my firstborn at 20 and I just had my 2nd born 2 years ago. Yes, their gap is that long. I was really struggling being a mom again because it felt like starting over and the feeling was being like a first time mom again. I only started watching your vlogs I think a few months ago lang, because at first I thought you and Verniece might be too young for me since of course your audience are most likely within your age range. Little did I know that I would literally abang if there's a new vlog coming up because I've watched all of your videos here to catch up and of course to get to know you. I've cried and laughed and enjoyed your videos so much because I have been struggling with anxiety and post partum and at night when my toddler and husband are asleep, that is when I tend to myself and do what I need to do, like cry and think of everything, that's when I started to watch your vlogs. You have no idea how happy I am with the news of you being finally pregnant because I have cried for you and Verniece too. Thank you for sharing your life and journey with all of us. When I first stumbled upon your vlogs, I found you and your sister overly giggly rich and out of touch with reality. I have since seen your transition... how you made practical decisions, moved to Cebu and got married during the pandemic. The wedding was very elegant, in good taste, showed a good example on protocol and was so well planned. I see how Ben has influenced and tempered you and how you and your sister now take into chores, control your spending more, have more down to earth ways of communicating with your audience. Even this pregnancy journey... inspired by your humility and just your commitment to follow all the rules so that the pregnancy is viable and now here we are. You two are such a golden couple, and Verniece and Alf as well. Thank you for your intelligent low key way of handling things. You have leveled things for rich and not so rich and become relatable. Hi Vern! I am a first time mom to a one year old and when I was pregnant, my OB told me to limit caressing my bump as it can trigger contractions. I noticed you are fond in doing that. Again, that is OK but we have to limit. Good luck Vern!

You should hear a galloping sound which signifies the real heartbeat. Whenever it’s more swooshing/airy, that’s just a souffle. Souffles can either be funic (from the umbilical cord) or uterine (from the dilated uterine arteries). Hoping for the best. Can’t wait to see who the baby looks like! 💖

When i was a first time mom, my OB said TO STOP CARESSING my bump kasi nagttrigger daw ng contractions even some of my relatives said this to me and I avoid cold drinks as its constrict our nerves too even if we are not preggy tho, just sharing. I'm an iVF mom also and my doctors advised me to stop caressing my bump as it will triggers contractions. Lalo na nung last tri.. iniwasan ko lalo.. you can ask your doctors as well on this.. happy yo see your glowing momma.

I am watching all these pregnancy vlogs from Vern

i had bleeding when i was 2mos preggo. i was advised to take utrogestan up to 6 mos but i stopped taking it as soon as the bleeding stopped too. i was anxious about taking many pills when i was pregnant. eating only healthy food was one thing i made sure despite of my bad morning sickness.

Hi. I'm not so sure lang ha? But is it okay to always hilam2x your tummy. Kay basin ba ug mastimulate ang baby.. Kay nakaremember ko before, ingnon ko sa midwives nga di daw pirmihon ug touch ang tummy kay basun daw mastimulate si baby. Di ko sure but you can ask your OB kay basun ba ug naa syay effect sa baby. But blessings on your pregnancy... Praying for the best! ❤

I was in and out of bed rest during my pregnancy. My vomiting stopped on my 8th month na. I feel the need to puke in the middle of my meals so I don’t get to finish those. I just lay down on my bed 😅 I didn’t gain that much weight as well.

Yung sa 1st baby ko po I undergo APAS panel so nag take ako ng progesteron hanggang 36 weeks and pure bed rest hanggang mkapanganak ako ng 37 weeks. So kaht ligo po yung husband ko ang nagliligo sakin ksi kaunting kibot ko lang nag sa spotting na ako agad. Aside from progesterone na meds me duvadilan at duphastone pa dn na pampakapit.Ravarn lang po💪 isipin mo nlng pag na bo bored ka this too shall pass mappalitan yan pag nakita mo na yung bundle of joy nyo po. Ako dn parang ma d depress nung full bed rest ako always ko ni lo look forward ang check up ko ksi thats the time na mkkalabas ako ng bahay lang pero pag dating ng 35 weeks inallow na ako mag walking kaht ppano. pero end up pa dn sa CS pero keri lang as long as safe tayo pareho ni baby
