great technique, and even better video production skills. you should totally try to sell this back to les mills as a marketing type of video for BC to attract broader audience..for example this with a little more work on production would make a great teaser for edition 89. p.s. i cant help but notice the screaming MK theme in this video, from the lighting and background scene all the way to your sub-zero/scorpion -kind of outfit ;)

Nice video, but you should definitely mention the name and social media profile of the athlete/artists in the video because clearly its not you (the filmmaker) and it seems you are secretly pretending that you are the martial artist, that's just dishonest.
