Great job! The only thing I would add is that the body membranes can be further broken down into epithelial membranes (cutaneous, mucous, and serous) & connective tissue membrane (synovial)
Tissues are made of cells Membranes are sort of like layers above the cells that make the layers Tissues are all around your body Membranes are dividers, dividing stuff like your inner and outters
