This is very complicated, each side believes an entire different naritive and even though there is co existence still each "nation" lives in different places and live by a different colture. They fired 5,000 rockets into Israel and killed 1,139 people who were peacefully going about their day. On the same day, Oct 7, Hamas attacked a music festival and killed 364 people and kidnapped 40 more. One of the people killed was Shani Louk, a girl who just wanted to dance. Shani Louks desecrated body was driven around Gaza in the back of a truck like a trophy carcass, while Palestinians in the street cheered at her dead corpse. Now you’re going to say “What about the Palestinian deaths!” and “Palestine is not Hamas!” Palestine absolutely is Hamas, and they currently run Gaza. It’s a small population and the macho nature of the Palestinians means they would absolutely have all known about it. 5,000 rockets is a lot of trained attackers and the majority of the country would have known something was going to happen It’s taken 8 months to Shani’s body back and other hostages are still missing. Hamas could have ended this sooner but they won’t give the hostages back. Hamas also hides behind women, children and the sick. They hide in tunnels under the hospital like cowards using the sick as human shields. And ask yourself “why do men make up only 25% of the Palestine deaths?” It’s because the women and children are being used as shields, they’re disposable to Hamas. Many westerners have fallen for the Pallywood propaganda. Hamas is exploiting social media brilliantly, a lot of it’s not true, some of it is, but their media team only cares about results and international support. Is Israel good and right? No, but they do have the right to defend themselves and Hamas started this fight. And despite what social media would tell you, Hamas IS Palestine.
